We take great care in packaging your cookies to ensure they arrive fresh and delicious. However, once your order leaves our kitchen, we cannot be responsible for delays, damage, or issues caused by the shipping carrier or postal service.

Because our products are perishable and handmade,  all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
