Shipping policy

• Orders open: Wednesday to Saturday (customers can place orders during this window)

• Shopping: Sunday (you get ingredients)

• Baking days: Monday & Tuesday

• Shipping day: Wednesday

• Restock: Wednesday morning (when the store reopens)

All orders placed between Wednesday and Saturday will be baked fresh the following Monday and Tuesday, and shipped out on Wednesday. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

We bake in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Please note that we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier once the order leaves our kitchen.

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, all sales are final.
